According to friends in Hong Kong, Japan is the Paris of Asia for style. And judging from this pictures I would say that Korea in it's closenes to Japan geographically they have caught hold of that style.

Not to say that Japan styles like Paris, but it certainly has picked up some of the influence of Europes styles and added their own touch to it.
