Utah has the greatest snow on earth, and Morgan Valley is no exception! Winters in Morgan see a lot more snow than the Salt Lake Valley, which makes for great snowmobiling and other winter activities.

 The rolling hills and dry farms below the mountains make the perfect location for family snowmobiling and tubing. It's very common to see kids on tubes being hauled up a hill by Dad on a snowmobile, making the whole thing much more fun because there's no hiking, just lots of whooshing downhill on the tubes, only to be pulled back up to repeat the fun!

 For the serious snowmobiler, though, Morgan's mountains provide endless opportunity for spectacular rides up steep canyons and over terrain that few people ever get to see. With today's high-powered sleds, riders are able to go into places that are not only beautiful, but treacherous. Avalanches are a real danger, and only experienced riders should attempt to travel into these areas. Using common sense combined with good skills, equipment and preparation will give a snowmobiler the ride of a lifetime in the Morgan mountains.
